What is my return on investment with Spa College?

Training is an investment in your future!

In fact, training is your most indispensable investment.

A great spa as well as an individual practitioner will fail without excellent training. As an established spa or a startup operation and as an individual service provider, you must be able to deliver outstanding services and in a spa setting be on the same page in selling and executing services as all other providers.

When a treatment is not provided the same way the client experienced it the last time, the results are not delivered, a sale is not closed, the client is not re-booked or product recommendations do not prolong the results achieved, you loose the revenue you need to be successful.

"The Math" for the Individual Practitioners

Let's kept it simple. Let's say that after taking one of our course you will do just one additional treatment a day that you otherwise would not have sold because our training has given you the tools to offer something you have not presented to your clients before.

If you charge $75, after deducting the cost for product, you should net $70. For only one extra treatment a day based on 4 days a week, you will have earned the tuition fee for a one week workshop in less than 3 weeks.

Even if you add the cost of getting to the workshop, food (which you of course than don't have to spend at home) during that time and accommodation - you can probably add another three weeks of an additional treatment a day to offset that cost.

Bottom line: After a short period of time you will have recouped your investment and everything after that will go straight into your pocket. Now that is how you increase your bottom line.

"The Math" for Day Spa

Let us say your spa treatments make up only 10% of your total service revenue. You hire a trainer to revisit the protocols, procedures and benefits while training your staff to sell these treatments or you send your staff to a workshop with us, not only rewarding them for a job well done, but also setting the stage for better business.

Let's say that because of the revitalization of these services you sell an average of 1.5 treatments more a day to clients that would have not otherwise booked a treatment. At $100 a service that's an additional revenue $3,150 a month based on a 21-day month. Even if you pay your provider 40% commission and deduct $5 a treatment for product cost that leaves $1,700 per month more. Over 6 months, that's more then $10,000. Investing half of that in our trainings gives you a net profit of $5,000.

With a conservative calculation like this it's easy to justify sending your therapists to one of our trainings or inviting us to come to your facility.
