Outline
Therapeutic massage is the staple and the foundation of the spa industry. The Touching from the Heart workshop is based on the premise of uncovering the talent that is already present. During the course of 12 days students learn how to perform a massage routine that is a combination of the most effective strokes from serveral different techniques including Swedish massage, Lomilomi, Shiatzu, Trager, Rebalancing and more.
The workshop embraces a hands-on approach which emphasizes learning by doing and reduces academic study to a necessary minimum.
Practice
The combination of techniques forms the core of this flowing and effective massage. In addition, adaptations and variations are introduced that allow the practitioner to customize the massage to their client's needs. Awareness is brought to posture and movement of the practitioner.

Prerequisite
None. Beginners as well as experienced massage therapists welcome. Beginners with no experience will learn all they need to know to give an excellent professional massage. Experienced practitioners will learn new techniques and re-ignite their passion.
