Step 1: Spa Treatment Application and Design.

We offer and teach a systematic approach that is easy to learn and empowers owners, directors and service providers to create their own unique protocols that reflect the many individual conditions at your individual facility and location. These treatments can be added on to a current menu or replace existing spa treatment services. There are two components to the learning process we teach in our Element I (foundation) and Element II (advanced) workshops.

First are the spa treatment applications. This hands-on part of our workshop introduces and teaches the 3 basic (Element I) and 5 advanced (Element II) spa treatment procedures found at leading spas around the world completely independent of brand-name products and proprietary protocols.

The second part of the workshop focuses on practicing an innovative system to design treatments based on the individual location and conditions, client needs and available resources using checklists, questionnaires and creative planning tools.

You take away two main benefits from these workshops:

• The ability to perform all the major spa treatment procedures
• The ability to design your own protocols and apply them using the procedures you’ve learnt
• Having new menu components ready to launch as soon as you get back
  

Step 2: Implementation and Sales

Our 2-day management seminar (which is also appropriate for independent practitioners) focuses on how to get everyone on board (manager, provider, front desk and client) and excited about the new treatments and their benefits. It includes how to present and represent the new procedures as well as how to introduce them to practitioners and sales staff. The result of participating in this workshop is:

• A marketing action plan to activate sales
• How to source necessary ingredients
• A sales strategy to jumpstart spa treatment sales
• A method to accelerate related retail sales
