The Spa College Vision

 

Spa College facilitators are seasoned service providers of health and healing trade and management in the spa and wellness trade, who have seen the landscape evolve in just a few years from a service for initiates and the informed to a service readily available in every resort, town and on every block. Just a few years ago, clients used to come in for a massage - today they expect a transformational experience.

 

As more and more people access these services their understanding and expectations grow, as does their willingness to explore new modalities, treatments and protocols.

 

Our vision is to provide outstanding education to those offering and providing these services and to empower them to stay ahead of their client's expectations and grow in accordance with the needs and demands of the marketplace.

 

We find that often, while the skill-sets are learned, the knowledge of how to translate these skills into successful practice is not addressed adequately. We therefore also provide the insight, framework and hands-on experience in implementing new services into an existing practice and marketplace.

Spa College classes and retreats are designed for personal growth and professional development. As experienced service providers and trainers with active spa careers who are in touch with the health, wellness and spa business on a daily basis, Spa College facilitators provide much more than just technical training. They offer real-world experience and application that includes how to integrate, develop and sell the skills and services learned in the workshops.
