Being out in the field in the spa business and having the opportunity to work with many different facilities on the inside has given us the opportunity to develop a keen sense of the challenges and hurdles facing the industry.
One of the core issues across the board is the need for industry specific education and training. With the number of spas setting up shop across the globe the spa landscape has radically changed over the recent years, and there is a worldwide lack of versatile and well trained therapists, service providers and managers.
Stepping up to provide job specific training modules that are not easily accessible or just plain unavailable, we set out to fill this niche with content that is designed for immediate on-the-job application.
